Before OUI was an agency, we were building businesses, creating content, gathering communities, shaping conversations and paying attention to what made women stop, feel something, and share it with someone else.

We weren't observing culture from the outside.

We were participating in it.

We're Marisa Stone and Bianca Merrell. Best friends for more than twenty years. Creatives, strategists, entrepreneurs and mothers who have spent the better part of two decades turning ideas into businesses, stories into connection, and connection into community.

Our experience spans brand strategy, social marketing, photography, content creation, entrepreneurship and experiential storytelling.

But what makes OUI different isn't just what we've done.

It's how we see.

We understand the space between what a brand wants to say and what a woman actually wants to hear. Between an impression and an experience. Between something that looks beautiful and something that means something.

We built OUI because we believe the next generation of influential brands won't just reach women.

They'll understand the worlds women are creating.
